Lodging Rates
•Rates based upon double occupancy. Extra guest, per night is $30.00

•All rentals subject to 9% Plumas County room tax. No charge for children under 9.
Our accommodations are nonsmoking.

•Normal cleaning charges included. Excessive cleaning or damages may result in surcharges

Rental Policies
Rent must be paid by check 15 days prior to arrival. Rent will be returned if written notice
of cancellation is received two weeks prior to arrival. Late cancellations may incur a penalty. We do not accept credit cards.

Check-in time: 3:00-5:00 P.M..
Check-out time: 10:30 A.M.
Early check-ins and late check-outs are available by prior arrangement. After hours check-in service is provided.
