My husband and I found Jeannette while inquiring on purchasing a property in Graeagle, CA. We fell in love with the area while traveling through several years ago. On our third trip to Graeagle we decided to investigate on the possibility of buying an investment/vacation home. That's when we walked into Jeannette's office in neighboring Blairsden,CA.. We had a rather difficult sale on a foreclosure that was also in a dilapidated state. Jeannette convinced us that the price was still a very good price on a property in Johnsville that large and worth considering. So we submitted an offer.

Our offer was not accepted but Jeannette advised us to remain in second position due to the fact that a lot of things could go wrong during the due diligence phase with a property like that. She was correct and the first offer was withdrawn. She then hooked us up with local contractor resources to completely understand the scope and cost of the repairs so we could accurately assess our total cost to get the property livable. Then we worked through countless and often changing requirements of the selling bank to closure.
Sure enough, all the work we needed to do ended up right in the estimated range and now the property is totally livable, looks great and is worth quite a bit more than we have into it.
